No Magic with January 1 1

We make new year’s resolutions. But what about making resolutions on February 12 or August 4?

Everyone joins the gym the first week of January. Why not the second week of March?

Others eat black-eyed peas on January 1, believing they will have good luck throughout the year.

There is nothing magical about January 1. It is another date on the calendar. While our gracious Father has established signs and seasons for the days and years (Gen 1:14), He is not limited to a day on the calendar. His children are not limited to a day on the calendar.

Anytime is a good time to be a wise Kingdom steward with the opportunities and resources you have received.

Okay, you missed January 1. Today is January 4. Start developing your strategy today. Start evaluating today.

Go today.

Send today.

Give today.

Make changes today.

Do something today. Don’t wait for a magical moment on the calendar.

There’s no magic with January 1, January 4, or any of the other 363 days.

This is the day the Lord has made; let us be glad and rejoice in it (Ps 118:24, ESV)–and be faithful with it, for the 4 billion remain.
