Volunteering for Your Students

Today’s post is written to my professor friends. I want to make myself available to you and your students.

I was blessed to have excellent professors who modeled the ministry of writing and publishing. However, little verbal encouragement was given to replicate their models, and hardly any “how to’s” and no “here are my methods” were offered. I want to change the professor/student paradigm.

After looking over my calendar for the next year (June 21-May 22), I have some openings for speaking engagements related to my approach to writing and publishing. I am willing to share my insights with you and your classes from what I have learned after 15 books, and one on the way (an overview, see my podcast HERE and HERE).

If you are interested, here is what I ask:

  • The class must be a doctoral colloquium or seminar.
  • I am available to make commitments to 3 different professors (each representing a different institution).
  • I am available to speak to your class for 1 hour (including Q and A).
  • I can do this via Zoom.
  • This is voluntary; I DO NOT want any honorarium or compensation.
  • I need to confirm the dates by June 30, 2021. First Come, First Served.
