Roland Allen's writings have had an influence on my missiology.  This is a bit humorous--a high church, Tractarian, Anglican making a major impact on a fourth generation Southern Baptist from the Appalachian foothills in Kentucky.  Crazy. With 2012 marking 100 years since the publication of Missionary Methods: St. Paul's or Ours?, I have been taking this historic moment to write and speak often about Allen.Lord willing, I am just days away from releasing my next book Roland Allen: Pioneer of Spontaneous Expansion.  This book attempts to describe the man and his missiology.  Below are the cover shots.  For more information on the book, please see an earlier post HERE.I do hope you will get a copy of this book.  I am very excited about it!  I greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in helping me spread the word.  When the book is released, I let you know via Twitter and here at the blog. Last week, I had the honor of speaking to the brothers and sisters of the Southeast region of the Evangelical Missiological Society on "The Legacy of Roland Allen."  I promised them that I would post my presentation this week.  It may be downloaded HERE.  The kind folks at the Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary recorded the plenary session.  You may obtain the audio HERE and the video HERE.
