New book: Kingdom Expressions: Trends Influencing the Advancement of the Gospel

I am very excited and thankful to be able to share with you some information about my book that (Lord willing) will be released by Thomas Nelson this December.  Kingdom Expressions: Trends Influencing the Advancement of the Gospel is a look at fourteen different movements and trends that have developed over the past several decades.  Each of these expressions originally started (and many continue) with much evangelistic zeal for Kingdom expansion.  Some of these expressions have started in recent years, while others have already gone through their life-cycles.  Regardless, their influence is with us today.
