Roland Allen Day

Roland Allen’s writings have greatly influenced my missiology.  This is a bit humorous–a high church, Tractarian, Anglican making a major impact on a fourth generation Southern Baptist from the Appalachian foothills of Kentucky.  Now, that's what I'm talking about!In 2009, the Episcopal Church’s General Convention added to their Commemoration Calendar an annual recognition of Roland Allen.  This remembrance occurs on June 8 (The Diocese of Oxford has Allen listed on their Calendar of Commemoration on January 27).For the next seven days, in recognition of this day of remembrance, Roland Allen: Pioneer of Spontaneous Expansion is being offered on Amazon at its lowest price yet.
