If you are a regular here or have read To the Edge, then you know I believe strongly in Kingdom innovation. Such is a matter of wise stewardship.

Churches and mission leaders acknowledge their ministry challenges and need to overcome them. However, I am surprised by the low number of those leaders interested in Kingdom innovation. For example, Jon Hirst and I hosted six free monthly webinars on the topic with much smaller participation than I anticipated. I guess whenever you do something innovative, only 2.5% of the potential population gets involved (according to the bell curve). I'll let you figure this one out.

Regardless, I continue to beat the drum for Kingdom innovation with the hope that not only the innovators will dance to this rhythm, but the 13.5% of early adopters will as well. I'll let you decide your category.

Last week, I posted some thoughts on Kingdom innovation at my YT channel. If Jesus is building His Church and she is filled with the dynamic Spirit then change--and innovation--is expected. Such was the case in the 1st century. May we recognize this matter and lead appropriately in the 21st century.
